ListeningPost is a product that provides structured and unstructured survey forms.
The default position and style of the feedback tab can be changed per page or domain. The tab can be manipulated by the page through window object calls on the client side.
The listeningpost.js places a floating feedback tab on the site. Clicking the feedback button will open the default site survey. The survey will be branded and collect the default metadata (device ID, session ID, authenticated user ID, etc).
The survey returned can be changed to a custom survey, instead of the default, and custom metadata can be added.
The ListeningPost library supports customization by URL. For example, an URL reject list will suppress the feedback button from appearing on designated pages.
In the same manner we can configure specific pages to return custom surveys. All customizations can be controlled by URL lists on the ListeningPost side, including position and styling of the button.
